I've been wanting to try this for a while now....
I personally don't have a problem with the texture of cottage cheese, but can see why some people would. However, it's an easy and inexpensive way to add protein to your diet. So I decided to try to puree it today and it went very well - the consistency at the end was like whipped cream. I'm excited to try it tomorrow morning in my usual berries, yogurt and nuts.

Try it and let me know what you think -- even if you enjoy cottage cheese anyway. Just think about the possibilities for adding this to other foods/recipes!

interesting! I'm not a fan of cottage cheese, but might be a great way to get the kids to eat it.
