Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan Chicken:

- Pound a few chicken breasts to an even level (1 inch), season with salt and pepper
- In a small bowl, mix ¼ c mayo and 2 tbsp parm cheese
- Slather the mix onto the chicken and sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake at 400 for 20 mins
