Simple Green Smoothies - Day 5

Heeeeey! Day 5 is brought to you by carrots! Eat the rainbow!

The liquid base today called for unsweetened coconut water. For the longest time I have had some coconut water *with pineapple* in my fridge and the expiration date was September 30th. So wild woman that I am, I used the expired coconut water because I didn't want to waste it AND it had pineapple in it which was one of the fruits in today's smoothie.

It was pretty good - not very sweet (even with the extra pineapple in the water).

I think it's also pretty obvious - but I will mention this: A PHOTOGRAPHER I AM NOT. I know my photos suck.




I'm super excited about tomorrow's smoothie! Actually all this week's recipes look great.
