It's my husband's birthday week so we took him to Bow Valley Ranche for brunch yesterday. Sadly, I forgot my phone in my jacket which was in coat check, so I wasn't able to take a photo of my Croques Madam which was delicious!!!

Because I couldn't wait until brunch to eat anything, I did make myself a green smoothie to tide me over...

 A snack later on...
 And dinner was basically the previous evening's leftovers...with rice.
