Whole30 - Day 5

Going to be short and sweet here...

It was a busy day! Started off great with a workout with one of my besties. I am pretty sure I am going to be sore tomorrow. I didn't have time to eat breakfast before I left the house, so ate in my car today. Then off to make my 39th donation of blood! Didn't bring a lunch, so I went to Coop's salad bar and made an excellent salad. As you can imagine, none of the salad dressings were compliant so I took it to another friend's house not far away and she gave me a really nice olive oil.

Dinner was a veggie curry sans rice....and not pictured here was a half banana and almond butter. Also a cup of unsweetened applesauce.

My husband and I are obsessed with the Ray Donovan series right now...we're almost done season 2. So must rush to put my daughter to bed so we can at least watch two more shows tonight!

 To-Go Breakfast/Snacks for the day
 Snack: Really yummy guacamole from The Cherry Pit at the Calgary Farmers Market with snap peas in lieu of corn chips or sweet potato chips
Veggie Curry "Soup"
